ErgoReJoy™ Modular ERGOnomic REpositioning JOYstick Platform
The ErgoReJoy assessment kits are shipped in a custom box with each component labeled
with part numbers to facilitate installation. We recommend storing the 5" and 8" adjustable
arms; double ball adaptor; and JoyPad™ with 3" extension arm in the sample case until
required for use during the assessment.
I.
Install socket brackets (30380) (with pre-installed sockets (30200)) to PWC armrest
using the Stealth universal round tube mounting brackets (refer to figure 1). If the Stealth
brackets are not compatible with the PWC armrests, please call 1-800-324-1527 ext 2946.
II.
Insert mini mast (30226) in socket (30200) (refer to figure 2).
III.
Install PWC joystick to ErgoReJoy platform (37200). Before removing joystick from
PWC, photograph a side view in its standard armrest position.

Remove joystick harness from controller joystick port located on the PWC
base noting its location (refer to figure 3)
B.
Remove joystick and joystick mounting bracket from PWC.
C.
RNet joysticks have two different joystick cable configurations (refer to figures
4 & 5).

Active Controls joystick harness (30449) in place of the original harness
2.
harness through the long slot of the joystick platform (37200)
D.
Install RNet joysticks with fixed harnesses and VR2 joysticks with 2 M-5
screws in the front two holes which are 1-9/16" apart (see figure 6) to platform
(37200)

Install RNet joysticks with removable harness in the two rear holes which are
1 9/16" apart (see figure 6)
F.
Install Q-Logic 1, 2 or 3, NE+, Shark joysticks with two M-5 screws using the
2 holes which are 1-3/16" apart (refer to figures 6 & 7)
G.
Install LiNX joystick by installing the LiNX mounting bracket to the top of the
ErgoReJoy platform using the two holes shown in figure 6. Mount LiNX joystick to
LiNX mounting plate. Position housing of joystick at least 1/4" from the two 1" balls
on top of the ErgoReJoy joystick platform and use the 2 M5 screws to install the
joystick (see figures 8 & 9).
IV.
Coil the joystick cable tightly and secure it under the platform using the cable
holders attached. Leave approximately 3" of cable to connect to the joystick connection
harness in the next step (refer to figure 10).
