6.1.
Put the chain saw blade inside the slot which is between the two clamping pieces. Make sure the knife edge is towards the right (see fig.4).

Hold the round handle to lower the head of the machine slowly and adjust the M8x85 bolt which determines the depth of cut. When
the grinding wheel touches the bottom of the saw chain, tighten the nut (see fig.5).
6.3.
Make sure that the chain stop is in the position shown in fig.4. To move the chain to the next tooth to be sharpened, turn knob A clockwise (see
fig.4). Make sure that the saw chain is touching the grinding wheel, adjust the M6x55 screw and finally tighten the M6 nut (see fig.6).
6.4.
Let the machine head return to its upright position. After checking that everything is correctly adjusted plug the device into the mains. Start the
sharpener by pressing the green button.
