No GPS signal
• Check that the device has a clear view to the sky. If it is blocked or
you are in a garage, it might interfere with the GPS signal.
• Check if your windshield is metallized or not, metallic surfaces might
block the GPS signal.
Some features are not working
• Restore the factory settings in the Settings menu and install the
latest update to the device.
