Quick Start Guide

Step 1 - Unpack

Remove tape holding the basket and all packing material. The battery has a sufficient
charge to start cleaning right away.
Step 2 - Please read the attached Safety instructions before operating your Skimdevil
Step 3 – Start cleaning
Place the unit in the swimming pool.
No Smartphone
Using keypad on the unit, press "ON" followed by "START"
(Default mode: Day Cleaning Only, 30min cleaning, 45min pause.)
With 'Skimdevil App' on your Smartphone
1. Download the 'Skimdevil App'
2. Open the 'Skimdevil App'
3. On the unit, press "ON" using the keypad
4. On your smartphone, press "CONNECT"
5. You will be asked for a four-character code (you will only have to do
this once), which can be found on the bottom right of the back of the
box. (eg. "09DA")
6. If successful, you should see the main control screen for Skimdevil
7. Press "START" on the App to commence the default cleaning
(Default Mode: Day Cleaning Only, 30min cleaning, 45min pause)
Optional:
To change the default settings, press "STOP" followed by "SETUP"
To have fun and control Skimdevil manually, press "RC"
Step 4 – Let the devil do your dirty work
