  • Page 2 WINDING Your watch is equipped with a self-winding mechanical movement. Your wrist movements enable to stock the energy necessary for its operation. When fully wound, it has a minimum power-reserve of five days. If it stops for a longer resting period than its power-reserve, wind it manually. To do so, turn the crown clockwise in position 1 (at least ten times).
