WS 400-30 for GRACIS

SIEMENS
The WS 400-30 operator panel is equipped with:
• a softkey panel with 16 function keys
• five 22.5-mm diameter drilled holes on each side of the screen for 3SB... probes
• a programming unit keyboard interface
The drilled holes on both sides of the screen go through to the back of the operator panel and
can be used for mounting switching or pushbutton units. The machine tool builder is respon-
sible for installing this equipment and connecting it directly to the PLC. On delivery, the holes
are sealed by caps.
Keypad Expansion Unit
An alphanumeric keypad with digits, punctuation marks, special characters and the GRACIS
process operation keypad is built in to the keypad expansion unit.
