- Page 2 Parts List Assembly Instructions STEP 1. Attach Casters A. Side frame (2) Make sure channels on each SIDE FRAME (A) face each other. B. Crossbar (4) Push the SLEEVES (E) into the bottom poles of SIDE FRAME (A). C. Shelf (1) Push CASTERS (F) and LOCKING CASTERS (G) into the SLEEVES (E).
