Light sensor sensitivity
Your e-bike is fitted with a light sensor in the display.
This sensor can automatically turn on the lights. You can
adjust the sensitivity of the sensor with the
'
' and '
' buttons. Setting the sensitivity to level 5
will turn the lights on from the first signs of dusk.
Level 1 is the least sensitive and will turn the lights on
only when it's almost dark. Setting to level 0 will turn
off the light sensor functionality.
LCD backlight setting
Adjust the brightness of your LCD display with the
'
' and '
' buttons.
Automatic stand-by
The system will shut itself off automatically if it has
been idle for the amount of minutes set in this menu.
Maintenance reminder
It is vital for the durability of you e-bike to schedule
maintenance at regular intervals. Your display can give
you a reminder each 5000km. With '
turn this function on (1) or off (0).
This part of the menu is for advanced settings and
intended for QWIC dealers only.
Error codes
In case an error has been reported by the system the
maintenance symbol ' ' with an error code will appear
on screen. Some often occurring problems with e-bike
systems are:
'03'; Brake signal failure. Check if the brake is not
applied when this error code occurs.
'06'; Low voltage of the battery. Please check if the
battery is not empty.
'21'; Speed sensor failure. Check if the magnet
mounted in the rear will is positioned correctly when
passing the speedsensor.
It is possible that other problems in the system comes
up. In that case, please get in touch with your dealer as
soon as possible to schedule a diagnostic session and
