If there is any wind, face the back of the oven into the wind. 2. Remove the wood box from the back of the Ember. Place a Firestarter in the wood box and cover it with some smaller pieces of wood or a few handfuls of pellets before lighting, but do not fill above level. - Page 4 WARRANTY The Alfresco Chef Wood Fired Ovens guarantee the oven and its components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to 3 years.
