This kit allows to channel the external air directly into the burner and is available as accessory for models:

NOTE
This kit is only suitable for connection of combustion air and not suitable for direct vent application.
KIT COMPOSITION
The "ducted air intake kit" is made up of:
- air intake kit.
- one metallic plate to close the front grating for F3 and F5 models (see B, picture 10).
- two metallic plates to close the front and lateral gratings for F10 and F15, F20 models, (see A - B, pictures 7 - 9 - 10).
- screws and washers to fix the snorkel (no. 3 for all models).
- screws and nuts to fix the metallic plate: no. 4 screws and nuts for F3 - F5 models, no. 8 screws and nuts for F10 -
F15 - F20 models.
- screws to fix the cover to the front plate (no. 4 for all models).
- installation instructions.
MAIN FEATURES
- Unique dimension for all models F3-F5-F10-F15-F20: 4" diameter width and 1.6" height.
- Installation on the top or alternatively on the left side of the burner, according to the requirements.
Easy installation in the field thanks to the pre-sheared cover, (see picture 2).
INSTALLATION DESCRIPTION
Installation must be carried out by qualified skilled personnel.
All operations must be performed according to the instructions below.
ATTENTION
- Remove the cover from the burner.
- For F3 and F5 models, remove the insulation material, (see picture 3) and cut the part corresponding to the position of
the snorkel, (see picture 4).
For F10 - F15 and F20 models removing insulation material is not necessary as it is located only on the right side
of the cover.
- Remove the pre-sheared part of the cover, which is fixed only in three points. A tool must be used to break the fixing
points, (see picture 5).
- Rotate the part until it can be removed (see picture 6).
- Install the snorkel, from the inside part of the cover, with the three screws and washers (C) available in the kit, (see
picture 7 - 8).
- Close the grating (frontal for F3 - F5 models; frontal and lateral for F10 - F15 - F20 models) by installing the metallic
plates with the screws and nuts available in the kit, (see A - B, pictures 7 - 9 - 10).
Before re-installing the cover, check the adjustments according to the "set up chart" indicated in the
burner manual.
ATTENTION
A tube to channel the air up to the burner can be fixed to the snorkel with a metallic string, not supplied as standard
equipment.
