You can activate the function regarding a phone itself.
Time
1. Select Time from Phone, then press
2. Enter the number you want to set the time.
3. Move to time format by pressing
4. Select 12 hour or 24 hour you want by pressing

5. Press [OK].
Date
1. Select Date from Phone, then press
2. Enter the number you want to set the date.
3. Move to date format by pressing
4. Select DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY/MM/DD you want

5. Press [OK].
