TROUBLESHOOTING

• If your X-Bass stops working or your computer displays a sound driver error, close all programs that produce sound, disconnect the X-Bass,
wait a few seconds and then plug the X-Bass back in.
• If that does not work, disconnect the X-Bass and restart your computer. Allow your computer to fully boot and reconnect the X-Bass.
• You can also try moving or removing other USB devices. The X-Bass may not be receiving enough power if too many other USB devices
are plugged in nearby.
• If your X-Bass seems to be limp, then work with it by flexing it back and forth into the position you want. Then it should hold its position.
CAUTIONS
• Listen to music at a suitable volume for enjoyment in order
to not cause damage to your hearing and/or speaker system.
• Do not use excessive force when flexing or turning your X-Bass.
The X-Bass is designed to rotate 340° around the flex cable.
Do not attempt to rotate the speaker beyond the stopping point.
• Store in a well ventilated area.
• To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble this unit.
There are no user serviceable parts inside.
• To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this
speaker or the accessories to rain, water drops or moisture.
• Keep the unit away from an open flame such as fire, candle, etc.
• Avoid dirt, sand, extreme heat, cold and humidity.
• Keep the unit away from powerful magnets.
• Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
• Do not drop any objects into the unit through the openings.
• Do not place anything heavy on the unit.
• To ensure proper ventilation and proper operation, never cover
or block the slots and opening with a cloth or other materials.
• The maximum working temperature is 95ºF/35ºC.
• Lithium batteries (like all rechargeable batteries) are recyclable
and should NOT be recycled or disposed of in normal household
waste. Contact your local government for disposal or recycling
practices in your area.
