Troubleshooting

The device is not recognized and/or is not activated.
Have you connected the cables according to the instruction manual? Check your
cable connections
Did you restart your computer following the installation?
The device does not respond to the pen.
Make sure that the battery has been inserted properly.
Check the power level of the battery.
Disconnect from the PC and reconnect the device again. If possible, use a different
USB port.
The writing on the tablet changes or disappears in some areas completely.
Change the pressure/speed with which you write.
Change the angle of the pen to the surface of the device.
The writing is severely distorted, sluggish or not visible at all.
If you have not used the device for an extended period of time, check the power
level of the batteries.
