The printer does not print

Printer does not print
Cause
The printer is not switched on.
The printer is not connected correctly.
The printer driver is faulty or not correctly
installed, or it is the wrong printer driver.

The radio connection to a network does not work

The radio connection to a network does not work
Cause
The ON/OFF switch for the wireless LAN module
is in the "OFF" position.
The ON/OFF switch for the wireless LAN module
is in the "ON" position. Despite this the wireless
connection to a network does not work.

Troubleshooting
► Make sure that the printer is switched on
and is online (see the manuals supplied with
the printer).
► Check that the cable connecting the
notebook and the printer is connected
properly.
► Check that the cable connecting the
notebook and the printer is connected
properly.
► Check whether the correct printer driver is
loaded (see printer documentation).
