Remove the pump basket by gently pressing the sides of the latch
hooks forwards away from the motor body (Fig. D

of the pump casing and both housed in a rubber sleeve and can be
removed completely (Fig. D
Thoroughly wash all the pump parts and clean using a EHEIM brush
set (order No. 4009560). Possible limescale deposits can be removed
by placing the pump parts for several hours into a 10 % citric acid
solution. Then rinse thoroughly and put all the pieces back together
in reverse order.
TIP: With the streamON 3000 and 3800, first plug a rubber sleeve
onto end of the axle and place the stopper disk in front of the rubber
sleeve (Fig. D
the front rubber sleeve onto the axle.
Subsequently, put the completely assembled pump wheel into the
support in the pump basket and carefully plug the pump basket onto
the pump. When doing this take care that the back support (rubber
sleeve ) sits correctly in the holder of the pump casing.
With all the streaming pumps from the streamON series, there is the
option of replacing the suction cup supplied with a more comfortable
magnet holder.
