3. OPERATION

3-1. Setting Resolution and Output Pulse Width

The resolution of this detector is factory-set to 10 µm, TW 20 µs.
Shown below are the output signal specifications for factory setting.

Tw: Minimum phase difference: 20 µs (20 µs – 0.9 µs at PL21)

Note
The compensation value of 0.9 µsec for the minimum phase
difference and pulse width will differ according to output load
conditions (cable length, receiving circuit of connected
device, etc.). When setting the minimum phase difference
and pulse width to 2.5 µs, adjust the output load 1 kΩ or less.

Output pulse is sometimes output for every Tw even when the
