With ply select a picture, add a message and send just like an SMS message or build a slide show with several images and your favourite sound clips.
  • Page 10: Mms (Multimedia Messaging Service)

Z600 also allows downloading of sounds and melodies. MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) One of the key features in the Z600 is the Multime- dia Messaging Service (MMS), this is expected to become the preferred messaging method of mobile terminal users, since there are virtually no limits to the content of an MMS transmission.

  • Page 28: Security Using The Wap

WAP gateway is necessary. An icon in the display of the Z600 indicates when a secure connection is in use. The Z600 is based on the WAP 2.0 (WML 1.3) specification suite, in which security functionality is specified by a technology called Wireless Transport Layer Security (WTLS).
  • Page 29: Push Services

WAP settings To simplify the configuration of WAP settings in the Z600, all settings can be sent to the phone as an SMS message. This makes it easy for an operator, a service provider or a company to distribute set- tings for Internet/intranet, and WAP, without the user having to configure the phone manually.
