Troubleshooting

Water is coming out of the spray irregularly.
– Clean the mixing nozzle and faceplate in accordance with the
special care instructions or replace them if necessary.
The light is flickering or the light is not working
– Check the plug connection.
– Check the power supply.
– If neither of these steps is successful, contact your plumber.
No water is coming out
– Contact your plumber.
The faucet is dripping
– Contact your plumber.
The faucet's operating elements are not working
– Remove the cables and restarter. Wait 30 seconds and then
reinsert them.
– If this step is not successful, contact your plumber.
