Rear Derailleur Installation
Install rear derailleur to the derailleur hanger using 5mm Allen key. Tighten to 80-100 kgf.cm / 8-10Nm / 70-90
in.lbs. Make sure both the B-tension screw and the pulley cage do not interfere with the dropout tab during
assembly. If necessary, extend the pulley by hand.
(Recommend use grease on the B-knuckle spring bolt thread before installing to hanger)

Follow the assembly order in the illustration:
Chain length
With the chain on the biggest chainring at the front and on the smallest cassette cog at the rear, the guide
pulley (upper) and tension pulley (lower) of the RD should be in vertical position. (allowed 2 links more)

  • Page 2 Connection and securing of the cable Low Limit adjustment Top Limit Adjustment Fully tighten the cable tension adjuster, insert the cable and fix it under the cable pinch washer, making sure Adjust the Low limit screw until the upper pulley Adjust the Top limit screw until the upper pulley is aligned that the cable is properly positioned inside the groove in the washer as per below picture.
