Donning helmet Adjusting chin strap Attaching helmet peak Hold the helmet by the chin strap at both sides, pull slightly apart and don the helmet. An unbuckled or slack chin strap restricts protective efficiency. Adjust the length of the chin strap so that the shin strap fits snugly at the neck. -
