PROXXON Mini-Compressor MK 240
Dear Customer
The PROXXON Mini-Compressor MK 240 is the ideal
appliance for all airbrush work. Small, powerful and
very quiet. In order to be able to operate the appliance
safely and professionally, please read the enclosed
safety and operating instructions carefully before use.

Operation
Preparation
1. Connect hose 5 to adapter 2 and airbrush 7.
2. Pour airbrush paint into container 8. If necessary,
dilute with water according to manufacturer's
instructions.

Airbrush AB 100 is only suitable for water soluble paints
such as water-based paints, transparent, pigment, dis -
temper and water soluble acrylic paints. It is not suit -
able for oil paints, synthetic resin and other such paints
which must be diluted using solvents.
3. Connect paint container 8 Fig. 1 to airbrush 7.
Additional safety information!
The compressor has been fitted with a cut-out function.
The appliance must be switched off after 10 min. of
operation in order for it to cool off.
Do not touch cylinder 9 Fig. 1.
Risk of burns!
Do not spray the compressor with paint.
The appliance is not waterproof.
Do not spray any inflammable liquids or use for
cleaning.
Do not cover air cleaner 3 Fig. 1.

Wind the hose round your hand to keep it away from
the working area. In so doing, secure the paint
container with your fingers in order to prevent it from
inadvertently falling out.
The paint is released through the nozzle by activating
lever 1 Fig. 2.
Observe the safety instructions issued by the paint
manufacturer. Wear a face guard where necessary. Do
not spray any materials with an unknown risk factor.
