HOW TO USE THE WORKING PLANE ELECTRIC PLATE GENERAL INFORMATION The plate body is in thick cast iron, the frame is in stainless steel. The plate is treated with a protective thermic point. It is suggested you should preheat the plate before cooking (3-5 minutes on the 3RD switch position, the switch has 6 position + 0).
