Troubleshooting

1)The software does not work properlyRefer to previous pages " Set UP
Environment"
2)The player does not work or nothing is displayed on LCD.
Check the capacity of the batteries. 2 AAA size battery is required.
Check the polarity (+ and -) of the batteries.
3)The buttons are not working
Check the hold switch is off.
4) There is no audio produced.
Check that MP3 files are stored in the built-in memory as following:
MPEG-1 Layer 3, MPEG-2 Layer 3 and MPEG-2.5 Layer 3
WMA Version 4.1/7.0/8.0 and sampling rate should be over 64kbps.
5)MP3 files cannot be downloaded: Check and / or replace the batteries.
Check the connection between the USB port of your PC and the USB cable.
6)MP3 player Cannot connect to PC or USB port not function.
Check the configuration of the set-up is correct or not.(refer to the "set up
environment")
• Install batteries correctly, observing the (+/-) polarity signs.
• Always replace a complete set of batteries at the same time.
• Never mix old and used batteries in the same compartment.
• Remove exhausted batteries and batteries not in use for extended
periods.
• Do not recharge or dispose of batteries in fire as they may explode.
• Remove batteries that aren't in use for a prolonged period of time as
there is a risk of leakage.
