    Connecting displays and audio The audio emits from the left HDMI connector on the rear of the Teamline system only. If you are using one display, connect the supplied HDMI cable from the display to the connector on the left (closest to the power connector) on the Teamline system.

Future meetings in the user's Outlook calendar that start within the next 15 minutes are displayed on the Touch and are visible on the room display.
