8. Warranty
VOCO gives a 12-month warranty period if the device cannot be used as intended due
to quality defects. This warranty begins on the day of purchase. VOCO reserves the
right to either repair the device or replace individual parts or the entire device at its
discretion. This warranty does not cover fuses, wearing parts or mains adapters.
9. General information
– We cannot accept any liability for malfunctions or damage resulting from improper
use, the removal of components, modifications or inadequate maintenance.
– We cannot accept any liability for malfunctions or damage resulting from operation
in unsuitable environments.
– We cannot accept any liability for malfunctions or damage resulting from acts of
God.
– The warranty shall also be void in the case of product defects which can be
definitively attributed to natural disasters or excessive temperatures that do not
conform to the specifications in this user manual.
