Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

The SAVA 1001 is plugged in, but won't turn on.
1.
Please ensure that the SAVA 1001 is powered using the
supplied USB cable.
2.
Please ensure that the SAVA 1001 is switched on in RX or
TX mode.
I cannot connect the SAVA 1001 to my Bluetooth device.
Please ensure that the TX/RX switch is in the correct position.
TX mode: the SAVA 1001 can only connect to receiving Bluetooth
devices such as a pair of headphones, speaker or Bluetooth
receiver.
RX mode: the SAVA 1001 can only connect to transmitting
Bluetooth devices such as a pair of smartphone, tablet or
computer.
