This device has been lovingly crafted and will supply you with
tasty popcorn in your home, as if it was straight from the cinema.
Please read this manual attentively and follow the instructions
and tips, because this will enable you to make full use of your
new popcorn maker.

Utilization

• Construction
Mount the popcorn bowl in the brackets, making sure the
electrical connection is at the back of the bowl.
Hang the supplied door in the hinges at the left side of the
device. Put the popcorn tray in the device. Connect the
powercord of the popcorn bowl to the socket at the top of
the popcorn maker.
ADVICE:
Clean the popcorn bowl and the interior of the
popcorn maker with a moist cloth, before using the
device for the first time.
• Making popcorn
Install the popcorn maker on a level surface. Flip the ON/OFF
switch at the front to OFF. Connect the popcorn maker to a
power supply. Switch the popcorn maker on, while the switch
is set to POP and run it for about 3 minutes.

Popcorn Maker „Cinema"
Ready the supplied measuring cups. Fill up the small measuring
cup with oil and empty it into the popcorn bowl.
WARNING:
The bowl will become very hot. Do not touch it
directly, without the use of a potcloth.
Fill up the big measuring cup with popcorn kernels and empty
it into the popcorn bowl.
Now turn on the popcorn maker, while the switch is set to POP.
After about three minutes, you will start to hear the typical
popping of the popcorn and the popcorn will start to well from
the popcorn bowl. When you start to hear significantly less of
the sound, or it dies down completely, overturn the popcorn
bowl and switch the device off.
Insert oil and popcorn kernels again, if you want more
popcorn. You do not need to preheat the popcorn bowl again.
It will take half the time to make popcorn after the first run.
ADVICE:
If you would like to add sugar to your popcorn, insert it
into the device directly after the popcorn kernels. To
this end, use the big measuring spoon, and measure
out half of the spoon.

Maintenance

• Cleaning
ADVICE:
Clean the popcorn maker after every use,
because cleaning it will become more difficult
otherwise.
Wait until the popcorn maker has cooled. Remove the popcorn
maker from the power supply. Remove the powercord from the
bottom of the popcorn bowl. Take the bowl carefully from the

contact with the electrical components.
Never plunge the popcorn bowl into water.

• Changing the lightbulb

If the lightbulb is no longer functioning, first remove the
popcorn maker from the power supply. Wait until every part of
the device has cooled down. Then rotate the lightbulb, located at
the bottom of the lid of the device, counterclockwise until it is
removed. Replace the lightbulb with an equivalent bulb,
220 - 240 V, 50 Hz and 10 W. When you have completed the
operation, you can connect the device again.
