A collision or rollover can occur quickly, even during routine maneuvers such as turning and driving on hills or over obstacles, if you fail to take proper precautions.

CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS Recoil Starter If the battery is weak and can’t start the engine, recoil-start lever which is on the left hand side of the machine will allow vehicle operation until repairs can be made. 1. Be certain your vehicle is on a level surface and the parking brake is set.
CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS Transmission Gear Selector Operation The transmission gear selector is located on the right side of the vehicle. The transmission selector lever has three positions: Low, High, Neutral and Reverse. “H” ---> “L” Push in the shift lever knob and mover the lever forward.

The gear should be change. ● When the shift in forward or reverse position, you can’t start engine, if you want to start engine the shift must in neutral position.
CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS Front and Rear Brakes Free Play of Brake Lever ● Check the free play of front and rear lever. The normal free play of brake lever is between 10~20 ㎜ ● For rear brake: You can adjust the brake by adjusting the nut to proper free play and brake situation.

CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS Manual Choke lever The choke lever is located on the bottom of the left handlebar. The choke is used when starting a cold engine. Push the choke lever to the left before starting the engine. When the engine starts, gradually return the choke lever to the OFF position as the engine warms up and runs smoothly.

CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS Important Safeguards NOTE: Always lock the park brake before starting the engine. Always lock the parking brake whenever the vehicle is left unattended. Before starting the engine, make certain the park brake is fully locked. Once the engine has warmed enough for operation, release the park brake and gently apply the throttle to go forward or reverse.
CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS Fuel tank cap Engine Fuel and Oil System Fuel System The fuel tank filler cap is located directly behind the handlebar. The tank has a capacity of 12.4 liters. Use unleaded gasoline with a minimum pump octane of 87 octane The ATV is equipped with an in-line fuel filter.

CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive under certain conditions. ● Always exercise extreme caution whenever handing gasoline. ● Always refuel with the engine stopped and outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. ● Do not smoke or allow open flames or sparks in or near the area where refueling is performed or where gasoline is stored.

CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS Engine Oil System A. Engine Oil Check :(Refilling or change) 1. Position the vehicle on a flat surface. 2. View the oil level through the sight glass (1) on the right side of the vehicle. NOTE: A rising oil level between checks in cool weather driving can indicate contaminants such as gas or moisture collecting in the crankcase.

CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS Seat Seat Switch The seat switch locates at the left side of panel side. If you want to take the seat turn right seat key open the seat. Tool Set The tool set locate under the seat; The tool set includes spark tool and screwdriver.
CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS Spark Plug ● Fouling deposit on the spark plug electrodes, and the big gap may result incomplete sparking. CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS Rear Gearcase Lubrication The rear gearcase lubricant level should be checked and changed in accordance with the maintenance schedule. Be sure vehicle is level before proceeding. Check vent hose to be sure it is routed properly and unobstructed.
CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS (2WD/4WD Only) Changing the differential/final gear oil 1.Place the vehicle on a level surface. 2.Place a container under the differential/final gear case to collect the used oil. 3.Remove the oil filler bolt and the drain bolt to drain the oil.
CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS Air Cleaner Please change the air cleaner filter periodically by dealer every 50 hours. Battery While installing the battery, the red wire must be connected to (+) terminal and the black wire must be connected with (-) terminal. If the ATV will not be operated for a longer time, please this connect terminals.

CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS Tires The front tires specification is 22×7-10 or 23×7-12 or 25×7-12, the rear tires specification is 22×10-10 or 23×10-12 or 25×10-12The suggested tire pressure is psi; for all kind of specification. Please check the tire pressure before you operated the vehicle.
