Information on the instruction manual and manufacturer This manual will help you to safely use the mecalight L1000 BC and mecalight L1000 BC X video lights. Henceforth the video light will be referred to as “product” for short.
The mecalight L1000 BC and mecalight L1000 BC X are designed to provide illumination for videos and photos indoors and outdoors. The mecalight L1000 BC video light is not splashproof and may only be used in a dry environment. The mecalight L1000 BC X video light is splashproof in accordance with protection class IP44.
Safety Avoid the risk of suffocation Small parts are included with the product. Children may swallow these small parts and choke. Ensure that the product and other parts of the photo or video equipment are kept out of the reach of children. Avoid electric shock Electric shock injuries can occur as a consequence of damage to the housing which exposes internal parts.
Safety Ensure that the batteries are not exposed to excessive heat, e.g. sunlight, fire or similar. Remove used batteries from the product. If the product is not going to be used for a long period, turn it off using the main switch and remove the batteries.
