    stabilizer with fluctuation of output voltage below 2% and the output power double the nominal power of the welder. There should be no fire source around, and well-ventilated, and the installation should be smooth. Before operating the welder, make sure to connect the ground wire properly, with ground resistance less than 0.5ohm.
