The software is owned by Logitek Electronic Systems, lnc. and is
pro-
tected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provi-
sions.
Logitek grants
to
you the right to use one copy
of
the embedded soft-
ware in
each Ultra-VU meter
you purchase. You
may not rent or
lease the
software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or
create derivative works from the software. You may nol create copies of
the software.
This statement will be governed by the laws of the State of
Texas,
U.S.A. Logitek reserves all rights not specifically granted in this state-
ment.
