CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MATERIALS USED
Materials having the geometrical and mechanical characteristics listed
below are to be used:
Tube ∅ 48.3 x 3.2 in S235JRH steel
A = 4,59 cm²
J = 11,69 cm²
W = 4,85 cm³
i = 1,59 cm
σ 1 = 1600 daN/cm²
σ 2 = 1800 daN/cm²
Tonde ∅ 8 FEB44K steel reinforcing rod for reinforced concrete

LOADS
The type of anchorage is only capable of supporting orthogonal loads
to the facade. For loads parallel to the façade, other types of anchorages
must be used as described above.
F1 load are determined in accordance with the regulations in force and
the calculation designs of the project.

CHECKING THE ANCHORAGE SUBJECT TO AN F
The checks to be carried out are the following:

The type of concrete and its characteristic Rbk resistance should be
considered;
in the absence of such information, assume Rbk= 250 daN/cm²
Based on the Rbk, the regulations in force provide the value of the resi-
stance to adhesion of the reinforcing rod (τco).
The resistance to adherence of the rod in the concrete (R A ):
∅ = reinforcing rod diameter
L' = length of each of the 2 sections of reinforcing rods present within
the concrete casting
τco = concrete adherence resistance
