FAULT
Column lowers by
itself.
Column does not lift
properly.
Columns lift at
different heights.
No control power
(control power
indicator is OFF,
mains power
indicator is ON).
POSSIBLE CASE
The cylinder seal is damaged, oil
leaks continually.
Leaks in the oil line couplings.
Dirty or damaged non-return
valve.
Dirty or damaged lowering or
correction valve.
Oil level in tank too low.
Pump drawing-in air.
The steel plug has not been
replaced by the breather cap
Breather cap blocked.
Control system not working
correctly.
Lifting system may not be set up
correctly.
LED defective.
Blown fuse.
Main switch OFF.
Broken cable or loose connector.
The emergency stop button has
not been unblocked.
The thermal relay in the main
switch box has been
disconnected.
REMEDY
Have seals or cylinder replaced by service department.
Tighten couplings and coupling nuts.
Clean the filter and the ball behind the filter.
Clean or replace valve.
Add oil as necessary, refer to lubricating instructions on
lifting column.
Tighten the suction filter fastening or crimp tighter.
Install the breather cap
Clean breather cap.
Use internal switches S3 and S4. S3 lifts the column and S4
lowers the column. Operate the switches until the columns
are synchronised. If the fault occurs again, contact the
Service Department.
Follow the procedures in sections 6.1 and 6.2 of this
manual. If the fault occurs again, contact the Service
Department.
Contact the service department.
Check the fuses F1, F2 and F3.
If necessary, replace the fuse(s) in the control box. If fault
occurs again, contact the Service Department.
Set main switch ON.
Check cable and and connector.
Release the button. Set the main switch to OFF and ON.
Press the "SET REF" button twice to make the system ready
for operation again.
Reset the thermal relay. If the defect occurs again, contact
the Service Department.
