Filling Instructions of the Closed Circuit with
ΓΕΜΙσΜα ΤΟυ ΚΛΕΙσΤΟυ ΚυΚΛΩΜαΤΟσ ΜΕ θΕΡΜΙΚΟ υΓΡΟ
For antifreeze protection of the
solar water heater, please fol-
low the ratio of antifreeze pro-
tection stated in the table here
below.
Mix well the thermal fluid with
water.
Start filling the closed circuit
with the mixture, from the pipes
(14) and (02).
The filling must be done alter-
natively, from both pipes (14)
and (02).
During the filling, we advice you
to shake the system, so that to
ensure that no air is trapped
inside the storage tank and the
collector.
Continue this procedure until the
close circuit is completely full.
The responsibility for the cor-
rect use of the antifreeze liquid
quantity is for the account of the
installer.
The use of water only or other
liquid may cancel the validity of
the warranty.
After the filling of the closed cir-
cuit, it is necessary to loosen the
plug (17A) at the top right hand
of the collector, until it starts
dripping thermal fluid (for mod-
els with two collectors, loose
also the top pipe union (12) in
order to release the air from
the collector(s). Tighten back the
plug (17A) and the collector con-
nection (12) and check for their
complete water tightness.
Add some more fluid in the
closed circuit, until it overflows
from the tubes (14) and (02).
Screw the plug (14A) onto the
tube (14) and fix the safety valve
(02A) onto the tube (02).
Check carefully all connections
for complete water tightness.
Place the protective side cover
(20).

Για την αντιψυκτική προστασία του
συστήματος παρακολουμε να ακο-
λουθείτε τις αναλογίες που ανα-
φέρονται στον παρακάτω ΠΙΝΑ ΚΑ
ΑΝΤΙΨΥΚΤΙ ΚΗΣ ΠΡO ΣΤΑ ΣΙΑΣ.
Διαλύστε καλά το θερμικό υγρό
με νε ρό.
Ξεκινήστε να γεμίζεται με το μείγ-
μα το κλειστό κύκλωμα από τους
σωλήνες (14) και (02).
Το γέμισμα θα πρέπει να γίνε-
ται εναλλακτικά και από τους δύο
σωλήνες (14) και (02).
Κατά την διάρκεια του γεμίσματος,
σας συμβουλεύομε να κουνάτε
πε ριο δικά το σύστημα, προκειμέ-
νου να εμποδίσετε το μπλοκάρι-
σμα αέρα μέσα στην δεξαμενή και
στο συλλέκτη.
Συνεχίστε αυτή τη διαδικασία
μέχρι να γεμίσει τελείως το κλει-

στό κύκλωμα.
Η ευθύνη για την χρήση σωστής
ποσότητας αντιψυκτικού είναι
ευθύνη του εγκαταστάτη και σε
καμμία περίπτωση της εταιρείας.
Η χρήση μόνο νερού ή άλλου αντι-
ψυκτικού μπορεί να ακυρώσει την
ισχύ της εγγύησης.
Μετά το γέμισμα του κλειστού
κυκλώματος, είναι απαραίτητο
να ξεσφίξετε ελαφρά την τάπα
(17Α) πάνω δεξιά στον συλλέκτη
μέχρι να αρχίζει να στάζει θερ-

μικό υγρό για τα μοντέλα με 2
συλλέκτες, ξεσφίξτε ελαφρά και
το πάνω ρακόρ (12) έτσι ώστε να
φύγει ο αέρας μέσα από τους
συλλέκτες. Σφίξτε ξανά την τάπα
(17Α) και το ρακόρ (12) και ελέγ-
ξτε την στεγανότητα τους.
Συμπληρώστε το υγρό που
χάθηκε, στο κλειστό κύ κλω μα,
μέχρι να ξεχειλίσει από τους
σωλήνες (14) και (02). Βιδώστε

την τάπα (14A) πά νω στο σωλήνα
(14) και τη βαλβίδα ασφαλείας
(02Α) πάνω στο σωλήνα (02)
Ελέγξετε προσεχτικά όλες τις
ενώσεις για στεγανότητα.
Τοποθετήστε το προστατευτικό
κάλυμα (20)
