Say if the Sales Rep wants to know the contacts in the company, t he user selects the
"Contact" menu from the "Quick L inks" on the screen. Note that when the user does that
the topleft portlet now displays "CustomerPerson" menu indicating that the user i s now at
(working on) the Customer Person business object.
Listed, as a link is the contact within the company. Also published are the title, telephone
number and address.
