SECTION 2 - TRAILER OPERATION SECTION 2. TRAILER OPERATION 2.1 TRAILER MODELS Triple-L™ Trailers employ a unique trailer deck design to make loading and unloading easier. The trailer deck can be lowered to the ground while remaining level, allowing equipment to be rolled or driven directly onto the trailer deck. Table 2-1.
SECTION 2 - TRAILER OPERATION Production Option and Accessory Weights Any time a trailer is equipped with a production option or accessory or one of these components is added to a trailer, the weights listed in the following table must be subtracted from the rated vehicle capacity weight. SECTION 2 - TRAILER OPERATION 2.6 BATTERY (OPTION) Battery The battery is carried on the trailer and is used for power- ing the motor running the hydraulic pump. If the trailer has electric brakes, this same battery is used for power to the break-away switch.

Inadequate cooling will shorten transmission life, and may result in sudden transmission failure. Ask the tow vehicle dealer if it is necessary to install a separate oil cooler for the auto- matic transmission.
