Over-the Air Configuration. To provide settings for
the phone by way of sending an SMS message
over the network to the phone. This reduces the

Subscriber Identity Module card – a card that must

to 160 characters to be sent and received via the
network operator's message center to a mobile

Value Added Service.
vCard
vCard automates the exchange of personal infor-
mation typically found on a traditional business
card, for use in applications such as Internet mail,
voice mail, Web browsers, telephony applications,
call centers, video conferences, PIMs /PDAs, pag-
ers, fax, office equipment, and smart cards. vCard
is specified by IETF.
