 Set up the appliance at a sufficient distance from other appliances
and the wall.
 Do not cover the appliance.
 Do not operate this appliance with an external timer or a separate
remote control system, such as a remote control mains socket.

 Do not reach into the ice-cream maker whilst it is running.
 Keep hair, clothing and other objects away from the appliance.
 Do not touch the frozen aluminium container with wet hands.
 Do not store any explosive materials, for example aerosol
containers containing flammable propellant gas, in or in the
vicinity of the appliance.
 Ensure the mains cable is out of harm's way and will not trip
people up – do not use an extension cable.
 Set up the appliance in a dry and ventilated room. The room
should be around 4 m², so there will be sufficient ventilation
available if the cooling system becomes damaged. Avoid open
flames and ignition sources. Have the appliance repaired by a
qualified technician before using it again.
