WiConnect and the AMW106 module. Measuring Power Usage The AMW106 Moray evaluation board provides two features for measuring current (power) consumption. See Figure 2. AMW106-E03 Features. Measuring dynamic current consumption over a large dynamic range is quite difficult. Current consumed during the transmission of a Wi-Fi packet may be 400mA or more, and current consumed during sleep mode may be tens of microamperes or less. -
