    Condensate formation occurs when the cold water supply temperature is below the ambient air dew point tem- perature. Neither LTG Induction Units nor LTG Fan Coil Units have been designed for an operation with steady condensate formation which is why special care must be taken when setting the water inlet temperature not to fall below the dew point temperature.
