    HTS-20HD SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: Units ship with no gas or oil. 1. Cut banding and roll seeder off pallet. 2. Unfold by pulling up on handle 1. Slide lock rings 2 down to lock handle in upright position. Slide linkage coupler 3 to the locked position.

    HTS-20HD CONTROLS THROTTLE (A) Controls engine speed and vacuum suction level. CHOKE HANDLE (B) Move to the “CHOKE” position to apply the choke. Move to the “RUN” position to remove the choke. FUEL VALVE (C) Move to the “OFF” position to shut off the fuel whenever transporting the machine by trailer or truck or during storage.
  • Page 16 HTS-20HD CONTROLS BLADE / SEED HANDLE (J) Pull the depth adjustment lever out and move it towards the handles in order to lower the blades (deeper into soil). Never lower the blades while on hard surfaces. Blades should never be lowered into soil more than ¼”.

    Stop the engine and remove spark plug wire before performing any maintenance. When replacement parts are required, use genuine Classen parts or parts with equivalent characteristics, including type, strength and material. Failure to do so may result in product malfunction and possible injury to the operator and/ or bystanders.

    TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY This Classen Hydro Overseeder is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase under the following terms and conditions. Schiller Grounds Care’s responsibility under this limited warranty is restricted to repairing or replacing, at its option, any covered part found to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period.
