Cover the plate with vented plastic
wrap. If the food is not as hot as you
would like after using the Sensor
Cook function, continue heating
using additional time and power. Stir
the food once before serving. Let
the oven cool for at least 5 minutes
before using it again.

Put food in a microwave-safe container,
and then put the container in the center
of the turntable.
Press Healthy Cooking.
Press the Healthy Cooking button again
or the Number buttons to select a
specific program.
Press START.
When cooking is complete, the oven
beeps 4 times. Use oven gloves to take
out the food.
