GETTING TO KNOW YOUR DEHYDRATOR Your Cosori dehydrator features an automatic fan, which circulates warm air to evenly dry food. The horizontal airflow dries food quickly. Dried foods are a great treat to snack on, because they keep almost all their nutritional value and flavor. Dehydrating is the perfect way to preserve snacks, fruit, vegetables, bread, and even flowers.
