STEP 4. — Mounting Plate The control panel is supplied with a mounting plate to simplify installation, and provide further protection from water ingress. It comes with pre-countersunk screw locators which must be used so that the screw heads do not interfere with the mounting process. If pole mounting, use the centre 5 locators (as per diagram), otherwise any of the outer ring of locators can be used for wall mounting.

Troubleshooting Pump — Caution Always disconnect the pump from the electrical power source before handling. If the system fails to operate properly, carefully read instruction and perform maintenance recommendations. If operating problems persist, the following chart may be of assistance in identifying and correcting them.

Troubleshooting Controller — Input Status LED’s These LEDs are only visible with the front face removed and when you can physically see the SPC circuit board. All inputs and outputs (with the exception of AI1) on the SPC have an associated LED to help troubleshoot whether or not there is a signal being receive or sent (respectively).
