2 Operation the device Connecting the device to the power supply. The ADS intelligent must connect to a power strip of 230 V/50Hz to operate. Other voltages or frequencies are not allowed, it can lead to damage of the device. - Page 3 Otherwise, there is danger that the maneuvarability of the bed and even the functionality of bed will be limited. If the electricity supply system has been switched off or has f ailed and the ADS intelligent was temporarily switched off, you have to turn the ADS intelligent on again to make sure, that the alarming system of the ADS int elligent will work fine. -

5 Maintenance From the manufacturer no frequent maintenance is required for the ADS intelligent, but it is strictly recommendet to do it every year. If you leave the menu by pressing the "√" button in the lower right corner, the chosen weight range will be saved. If you change the way setting, the ADS intelligent some time for adjusting the pressure. This will influence the sound and the schematic scheme of the mattress. -

9.2.1 PMD and alternating/change pressure cycle mode When the operator selects the PMD time of 30, 60 or 90 minutes, the ADS intelligent starts the patient movement monitor. The selected time the device will record and notice or movements of the patient. -

By the USB port of the device, the movement data can be transferred to a PC. To do this export, the tuned on -ADS intelligent must be connected to the USB port of a PC. The hard- drive of the ADS intelligent will be detected by the PC. -
