Troubleshooting

This chapter lists some problems you might encounter while using your phone.
Some problems require you to call your service provider, but most are easy to
fix yourself.
Message Possible causes
There is no SIM card in
SIM error the phone or it is inserted
incorrectly.
No network Signal is weak or you're
connection/ outside the carrier network.

Possible corrective measures
Make sure that the SIM card is correctly
inserted.
Move towards a window or into an
open area. Check the network operator
coverage map.
Check whether the SIM card is more
than 6~12 months old. If so, change your
SIM at your network provider's nearest
branch. Contact your service provider.
