T9 predictive mode
The T9 predictive mode uses a built-in
dictionary to recognise words you're writing
based on the key sequences you press. Press
the number key associated with the letter
you want to enter, and the dictionary will
recognise the word as soon as all the letters
are entered. For example, press 8, 3, 5, 3, 7,
4, 6, 6, 3 to write 'telephone'.
If the word you want does not appear, select
Options, and select New T9 word, then you
can enter the word using ABC manual mode.
Your word will be added to the dictionary.
Note: You can select a different T9 language
by pressing Options and select Writing
. You will notice the
language.

the key repeatedly to enter a letter. Press 4
twice for "h", 3 twice for "e", 5 three times for
"l", 5 three times again for "l", then 6 three
times for "o".
