Possible Corrective Measures
Delete some existing messages in the
phone.
Check the file format that can be
supported
Check SD card file system via card reader
Or format SD card using phone
Check the setting status of sound menu
to make sure you are not in vibrate or
silent mode.
Take out the battery and insert battery.
Turn on the phone.
Try to do software update service via
WEB site.
If the phone is locked and does not work,
press and hold the Power/Lock key for
10 seconds to turn it off. Then, press the
Power/Lock key again for 3 seconds to
reboot the phone.
