    Packing List Compare the contents of the shipment to the items on the following list to ensure all parts are received with the stirrer. Do not discard the container and packing materials until all parts are accounted for. It is recommended that the original packing materials be kept for transportation and storage.

    If the stirrer is used in a manner not specified by the manufacturer, the protection provided by the equipment may be impaired. The stirrer must be securely fixed to a stable support. Mount to a Caframo stand using a Caframo heavy duty clamp. If other stands or clamps are used, the stirrer must be secured such that it will not fall if tipped.

    Secure with hex screw and lock washer and tighten with hex key. Clamp the stirrer to a Caframo stand on a stable, level surface (see Safety Instruc- tions).

    BDC2002 General Operating Instructions Make sure the stirrer is securely mounted as specified in the installation instruc- tions. Ensure the mixing paddle or impeller is securely attached at the desired position. The stirrer is now ready for use to mix liquids and liquid/solid solutions. Appro- priate impeller and container specifications must be determined by the operator, ensuring that all safety instructions are followed.

    OH Indicates an overheat condition. The operating conditions have caused the stirrer to overheat. Reduce stirrer loads and / or environmental temperature to continue mixing. To reset stirrer turn power off, allow stirrer to cool and then turn back on.
