Viewing information in the
display
You can check the following information in the
display of the CPF-IX001.
Note that this function is not available when
listening to web radio.
Checking the playing time and
remaining time
You can check the playing time and remaining
time of the current track.
Press TIME during playback.
Each time you press the button, the display
changes cyclically as follows:
Elapsed playing time t Remaining time
Checking the title and track
number
Press DISPLAY during playback or while
the track is selected in stop mode.
Each time you press the button, the display
changes cyclically as follows:
Track title t Album information on the track
t Artist information on the track t Genre
information on the track t Current track
number and total number of tracks within the
item
Notes
• "– – –.– –" appears when the total time exceeds 999
minutes 59 seconds.
• Total number of tracks appears when the track is not
selected in stop mode.

Listening to audio from a
connected component
You can connect portable audio players to the
CPF-IX001.
LINE IN jack
LINE IN cable* (supplied)
* Connect the end with the ferrite core to the
LINE IN jack.

Connect an optional portable audio
player to the LINE IN jack.
Use the supplied LINE IN cable to connect
portable audio players to this jack.

Press FUNCTION repeatedly to switch
the function to LINE.
The LINE indicator on the main unit turns
on.
You can then listen to the sound from the
portable audio player.
